Associate professor - project manager
Velaug Myrseth Oltedal is an associate professor at the Department of Mechanical and Marine Sciences, at the University College of Western Norway. Throughout her PhD in chemistry from Univeristy of Bergen, Oltedal has worked with interdisciplinary research in nanotechnology, oil drilling, and green energy. Oltedal further her studies in project management form University of California, and works closely with industry to establish relevant research prosjects in hydrogen technology. Ongoing research activities includes opportunities for hydrogen production from offshore wind, and electrolysis from salt water. Oltedal teaches the subject Hydrogen Technology, and leads the development of continuing and further education courses in hydrogen at HVL.

Haldis Nilsen works as a plan and administration manager in Hjelmeland municipality. Her background is as an agronomist with a masters degree from NMBU. Nilsen further her studies in community planning.

Wilhelmsen is general secretary of the national industry association Norsk Hydrogenforum. Wilhelmsen has previously worked as head of departement at Drivkraft Norge and advisor in the Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning. She has a law degree from Universety of Bergen and has additional education from BI.
Charles Nouel

Charles Nouel is educated in geology. His background in geology, mining engineering, project development and marketing has given him a broad and global view of the mining business. He has worked i.a. in France, Australia and New Caledonia with raw materials such as gold, nickel, manganese and steel.

Charles has now been at ERAMET's head office in Paris for a number of years, where he was previously VP for industry in the nickel division, then VP ore market in the manganese division. In recent years, Charles has been director of the Mineral Sands business unit in Eramet with responsibility for the businesses in Senegal and Norway as well as further development of this business unit, where the main markets are within the titanium and zircon industry.

Holen works as a business development manager at Everfuel. Leading the market development of the downstream hydrogen business targeting primarily the trucking, bus and large PV fleet clients. The objective is to develop a distribution network in Norway to make hydrogen a commercially viable and important part of the green shift in Norway.

Director ASKO Midt-Norge AS
Endresen has worked for 10 years in ASKO. Former employers REMA Distribusjon, Pipelife Norge and Norsk Skog.

Endresen is responsible for the construction of a hydrogen station and the start-up of the first Scania hydrogen trucks in the world.
​
He works every day to become Norway's most customer-oriented and efficient logistics partner, as well as helping ASKO achieve its goal of zero emissions by transport by 2026.
Marit Sandbakk
Enova
Sandbakk is a senior adviser within the marketing department at Enova, where her daily work is mainly in activities and offers aimed at industry.

She has a degree in mechanical engineering from NTNU and then took up a research position at SINTEF where, for a period of 16 years, she worked in the energy field, 11 years in SINTEF Energi and later 5 years in fisheries and aquaculture in SINTEF Ocean.
She came to Enova in 2005 and in the years that have followed has participated in a wide range of analysis activities, policy development, strategy work, market contact, case management and project follow-up aimed at all segments of Norwegian industry, and has in-depth knowledge of and experience with Enova's facilities and policies .

Edward was born in 1967 and holds a BSc (Econ) degree from the University of Surrey, England and an MBA Stockholm School of Business. Edward has held positions as Global Head of Derivative Support for SEB and COO for financial trading of energy and raw materials at Vattenfall AB. Edward has worked as a Senior Management Consultant in the banking sector and as a Business Transformation Manager in Swedbank. Edward has also worked with a former Swedish Startup Navetti.

Christian Bue is the CEO of Varanger KraftHydrogen AS. The company is part of an EU project, called Haeolus. The project aims to produce hydrogen from stranded wind power in Finnmark. Christian holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has previously worked in Statoil / Equinor, and is now happy to be a part of the (even) greener part of the energy sector.

Linda Hovland

Since 2017, through her work in Framtidsfylket, Linda has contributed to employers in Vestland succeeding in acquiring fresh and relevant skills. She currently leads one of Norway's most attractive trainee programmes, Framtidsfylket trainee. A regional and interdisciplinary programme, established in 2005, for business and the public sector in Sogn og Fjordane, now in District Vestland.
Now the aim is to contribute to the success of the players who invest in the Green Region of Westland in obtaining the freshest expertise directly from colleges and universities, and in that way increase the competitiveness and innovation capacity of District Westland.

Orjan Knudsen

Ørian Knudsen is a consultant in gas and dust explosion safety at Gexcon. He has worked with, among other things, risk and impact analyses, assistance to major accident companies, accident investigations and training.
In recent years, he has worked extensively with safety for new hydrogen technology such as passenger and cargo ships, smelters and production facilities. He also leads Gexcon's contribution to the innovation project SAFEN – Safe Energy Carriers.

Mayor Roald Aga Haug (Ap), Ullensvang municipality 2020-2023. Odda municipality 2015-2020. Haug has been a politician since 2003 and has been active in the areas of business and transport. Graduated Cand.Mag, (association/law) and Family therapist.

Ullensvang has 11,000 inhabitants and is the largest in Norway in terms of power production. The municipality is "Norway's Fruit Garden". In Ullensvang you will find a varied business community with high value creation. The largest industries are power, industry, agriculture, the fruit industry, aquaculture and tourism.

Magnus Thomassen

Magnus Thomassen is one of the founders of Hystar and product manager in the company, where he has the main responsibility for the development of next-generation PEM electrolysers for large-scale hydrogen production.
Thomassen was previously head of research and senior researcher at SINTEF for 15 years, where he led and developed projects in hydrogen production and use as well as technology development of electrolysers and fuel cells.
Thomassen has a PhD from NTNU in electrochemistry.

Fredrik Aarskog

Fredrik Aarskog is head of business development at TECO 2030, which is now developing MW-scale fuel cell systems for maritime and heavy industry and establishing a factory in Narvik.

Aarskog has a master's degree in power electronics from NTNU. He started his career as a development engineer at Siemens in Trondheim. He later worked as a researcher at IFE where he published several articles and reports on fuel cells and hydrogen for the maritime sector, especially hydrogen-powered speedboats. Now he is responsible for developing new market segments for the fuel cell system of TECO 2030.
